I am a former firefighter and emergency medical technician. My passion has always been to help people and serve my community. Being a Senior Care Advisor has given me the opportunity to continue to support families in a time of great uncertainty.

I can't begin to explain how this man went above and beyond to help me find a place for my dad.  I am new to NC from NJ, only lived here 6 months so to take on the task of moving my 90 yr old dad from VA to a place I don't even know yet was scary.  Jim took my "honey do list" and handled everything from researching, sending me info, arranging tours and accompanying me on the tours, even follow-up.
